We use Royal Mail 48 for our standard & free delivery. This will take between 2 and 3 days delivery
If you'd like your order quicker choose Express delivery and your purchase will be sent with Royal Mail 24 service.This is a one day tracked service. *It usually takes 1 day but the service is not guaranteed. Please note that if you place your order after 1pm it'll be dispatched the next working day.
We dispatch Monday to Friday in normal business hours. Orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day. If you order on a Friday after 1pm it will be dispatched on Monday. 😊

**Packaging
We use recycled / re-used packaging as part of our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our business. We will not use plastic in our packaging.
We don't add a packing slip with our orders as we are trying to use fewer resources. Your email order notification is your proof of purchase and is all we need to process any returns or warranty requests.
