We’re still very much open for business and sending out our plastic-free parcels of joy, but these might take a little longer than usual at the moment.
Safety for our staff and customers is our number one priority at this time and we are closely following regulations and guidelines. Our team is working from home and we are in daily contact with our warehouse to monitor the situation there.
Our warehouse has adopted new protocols during this time. We have introduced extra cleaning between shifts and we have changed shift patterns with reduced staff on site so there is plenty of space for social distancing.
Are you still delivering?
At the moment orders are being processed as normal though there may be delays due to our warehouse operating differently. Shipping of overseas orders may be disrupted, if you get in touch with us we can check the status of local carriers.
The current advice is that it is safe to receive parcels, although we do recommend washing your hands after handling one. All carriers including Royal Mail are now using contact-free deliveries and will not be asking for signatures for tracked items. Please respect that as it is to keep us all safe.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you’re now unable to make your return in that timeframe don’t worry – we’ll be allowing extra time for returns and you don’t need to contact us. It may take us longer to process returns so please be patient if you haven’t heard from us, you’ll get confirmation as soon as it's sorted or if we need any further info from you.
