Returns & Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase we want to know about it and will do our best to rectify the situation.  Items purchased from Elephant Box may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in a new condition and still have their original packaging.

How to return or exchange an item.

Please fill in the enclosed returns form to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods:  

In the unlikely event that you should receive an item which is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve been sent an incorrect item in our error we’ll refund or exchange, whichever you prefer, to the value of the returned item(s), including your original postage costs. We will also refund the return postage costs.

Unwanted goods:

If you simply change your mind about the item you’ve bought or you’re not entirely satisfied with it, we’ll refund or exchange to the value of the goods, provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.  If you have ordered an incorrect item, or change your mind about an item you've ordered, please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage costs and for the safe return of the item(s) in a saleable condition.

All non-faulty items must be returned in good and saleable condition: unused, unwashed and unmarked

 

Exchanges:

In the event of you wishing to exchange an unwanted item you will be responsible for return postage of the original item.

In cases of exchanges of items of different values, we’ll first issue a refund to the value of the returned goods.  A completely new order can then be placed for replacements of the returned goods.

Please ensure that you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post. We can't reimburse for returns which have been damaged during their journey back to us, if the damage is clearly due to the item being inadequately re-packaged for the return journey to us.

 

What if I live outside the UK? 

For orders returned from outside the UK, you must cover the return postage costs yourself. Don’t forget to fill in the reverse side of the returns label to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right. Please ensure that you ask for proof of posting at the Post Office when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
