Your Cart is Empty

However you enjoy the warmer months, camping is definitely a favourite activity for us at Elephant Box! Whether it's car camping, “wild camping,” or festival camping, the common thread for us is our love of getting away and being outdoors...even hauling a mattress into the garden counts! Now that the weather has warmed up it's time to pack up your tent poles, dust off the old sleeping bag and spend a few nights under canvas.

We have a few ideas for your packing list. Depending on your style, you may pack everything but the kitchen sink or you might be a little more minimalist. Either way, you want to make sure you've got the kit you need to make the most of your next trip. So, we've compiled a list of our favourite Elephant Box items to take with you on your next outdoor adventure.

1. To-Go Cup

Carrying a reusable cup is essential no matter what you're doing, but for a camping trip, our to-go cup is extra versatile! With its cork sleeve on or off, it's perfect for sipping wine or beer around the campfire in the evening. Come morning, you won't get any red wine flavours with your morning brew!

2. Twist & lock Set

These containers are very handy for travel. Vanlifers will love them because they're super stylish and great for packing supplies in a tight space. They can hold coffee, tea, porridge, or anything else you can think of! Plus, they nest when empty. And because they're made of 100% premium steel, wild campers can use them to heat food over the fire - just make sure to get yourself a pot gripper too.

3. Lunchbox

It's always good to carry a spare food container on trips away. This means you can avoid takeout containers or squashed sandwiches. Top tip: stick an ice pack inside and take your feast to the beach. We've got a range of styles and sizes to suit families, couples, or solo adventurers.

4. Water Bottle

We all know to stay hydrated these days, so it goes without saying that you'll take a water bottle with you. But what type should you choose? Insulated bottles are great all-rounders, allowing you to enjoy a warming drink after a bracing swim, or to keep your water ice-cold. Single-wall bottles are lighter, a good choice for more adventurous trips like backpacking or bikepacking. Lightweight doesn't have to mean flimsy though! Our single-wall bottles are made with thicker steel, making them more robust.

Going really off-piste? Check out this video from Croatian survivalist by the name of Frosty, where he shows you how to turn our 1.2 litre single-wall water bottle into a survival bottle...pretty cool!

5. Spork

Finally, our favourite all rounder, our stainless steel spork. It's super lightweight & compact, & we'd never be without one. It makes for great camping cutlery, and wherever you go on your travels, keep it on you just in case, you never know when you'll need it!

Tough, lightweight & versatile, our products are made for days spent outdoors.  Check out the Outdoor Collection here for all water bottles, cups, thermos & food containers for camping and hiking. Durable stainless steel solutions for folks that appreciate the best performance and quality.

Whatever you get up to this summer, enjoy the adventure with Elephant Box.
