Really good quality stainless steel containers used for cold liquids and foods in my cool bag and various food items in my cupboard.
they really do keep and cool and much better than plastic, for the health benefits importantly I wouldn't go back to anything else.
I highly recommend them.
If I want to keep something hot I use a double insulated stainless steel container ,These are not suitable for hot foods But I've swapped all my plastic And I'm very happy
