    Yes, all Elephant Box water bottles are 100% leakproof, whatever cap you choose to use.

    No, we do not recommend freezing any of our water bottles! It will invalidate the warranty and warp the steel. If you want extra icy water, pop some ice cubes in the bottle before you head out, or fill it with icy water from the fridge.

    The bottle can be cleaned in the dishwasher or hand wash with hot soapy water & a bottle brush. We recommend cleaning the cap by hand. A deeper monthly clean with baking soda or vinegar will deal with bad smells, mould or mildew problems. Read our blog for a more detailed look.

    Yes, these bottle are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.The chug cap and sports cap are also dishwasher safe, however, we recommend hand-washing the steel cap.
