Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail tracked 48 or DPD tracked 48 for our standard & free delivery. This will take between 2 and 3 days from dispatch. 

For Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey we will occasionally use Yodel tracked 48 service. 

If you'd like your order quicker choose Express delivery and your purchase will be sent with Royal Mail 24 service or 24 DPD service. This is a one day tracked service. *It usually takes 1 day but the service is not guaranteed. Please note that if you place your order after 3pm it'll be dispatched the next working day.

We dispatch Monday to Friday in normal business hours. Orders placed before 3pm will usually ship the same day. If you order on a Friday after 3pm it will be dispatched on Monday. 😊

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 48) 2-3 working days from dispatch: FREE for orders over £60 and £4.30 for orders under £60
  • Express Tracked 24 (Royal Mail 24) 1-2 working days from dispatch £6.50
  • We also offer a Small &  Light option for things like spare seals and lids. This costs £1.95 and is a Royal Mail untracked service. 

It may take a bit longer to Highlands and Islands.

Rest of the World

We currently dispatch to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. 

These orders are sent with UPS international tracked service and will take between 4 and 10 days from dispatch. 

 

**If your shipment requires special attention or you really need an item sooner, we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate your special requests. Please complete the special instructions/notes section during checkout or send us an email. 

**Packaging

We use recycled / re-used packaging as part of our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our business. We will not use plastic in our packaging.

We don't add a packing slip with our orders as we are trying to use fewer resources. Your email order notification is your proof of purchase and is all we need to process any returns or warranty requests.

We are very happy to email copies of VAT invoices, just get in touch. Thanks.
