    Before starting a return, please check whether your product is covered by our Warranty or eligible for repair, recycling, or our take back scheme. We aim to repair and recycle wherever possible to reduce waste. You can find full guidance on our Repair, Take Back and Recycling page.

    How Do I Return Items?

    We aim to make returns as simple as possible. What you need to do depends on why you are returning the item.

    If your item is damaged, faulty, or no longer usable, please also refer to our Warranty and our Repair, Take Back and Recycling pages before disposing of anything.


    Returning Unwanted Items

    If you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you can return your item within 90 days of receipt.

    To qualify for a refund.

    • The product must be unused, clean, and in a saleable condition.

    • All packaging and sleeves must be intact and in good condition.

    A £4.40 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund. If the product or packaging is not returned in perfect condition, a refund will not be issued.

    Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will offer a refund or replacement.

    Please contact us before disposing of the item. Some products may be repairable or covered under warranty.

    Return Postage Costs

    If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

    If you are returning an unwanted item, you can still use the prepaid label. The £4.40 postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

    If you choose to return your item using another carrier, we recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.


    Packaging Your Return

    When packaging your return, please reuse materials where possible. Avoid excessive packaging and tape. One strip of parcel tape is usually sufficient.


    Exchanges

    We do not currently offer exchanges, but if you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


    Returns From Outside the UK

    If you are returning an order from outside the UK, you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

    Please keep proof of postage in case the item is lost in transit.

    When Will I Receive My Refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm it has arrived.

    If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days. If further information is needed, we will contact you.
