How do I return items?

We want to make the returns process as smooth as possible for you as we all know it can sometimes be anything but!

Unwanted goods:  If you simply change your mind or ordered incorrectly we’ll refund you fully provided the products are returned to us within 90 days of receipt AND that the product and packaging/sleeve are still in good condition. Please be aware that you will be charged £4.40 for the return postage costsand that if the product and it's packaging/sleeve are not in perfect condition you will not receive a refund. Click here to start your return.

Damaged or Faulty items? If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, or if you’ve been sent an incorrect item in our error we’ll refund or exchange, whichever you prefer, to the value of the returned item(s).  Click here to start your return. 

Are there any charges for return? If the item(s) are damaged, faulty or you were sent the wrong thing, you are not liable for the return shipping costs and you can send them back with a prepaid collect+ shipping label.

If you've simply changed your mind you can send it back with the prepaid shipping label but we will deduct the postage costs of £4.40 from your refund. You will not receive a refund if the product is not returned to us in a saleable condition. Its packaging must also be intact. If you choose to ship the item with another carrier we recommend that you return the item via a recorded delivery service & retain proof of postage.

Packaging Your Return.When packaging your item for return please consider the materials you use. Try to reuse something you already have if you can and don't over do it with the tape! Parcel tape works really well - one strip to close the packet will usually suffice. 

Exchanges.We don't currently offer exchanges, so if you have changed your mind and want something different, simply return the unwanted item to us & place an order for the item you want. 

What if I live outside the UK? For orders returned from outside the UK, you must cover the return postage costs yourself unless the item you received was damaged or faulty. Please ensure that you ask for proof of postage when you send the goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost in the post. Click here to start your return.

**Please note: for unwanted items the good must be returned in a clean, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a refund.**  

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We may ask you for further information if the item is faulty or damaged and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
