Yes. Everything is dishwasher safe (top shelf recommended) and freezer safe. When freezing be sure to leave a gap at the top of the container so that as the contents expand they don't overfill the container.

Yes. Lunch Bowls - the silicone tab on the lid creates a vacuum seal. To seal, press the lid down firmly with the tab open, then press the tab down. To release, simply pull the tab up and remove the lid.

Prep & Store - the vacuum seal is created by firmly pushing down all sides of the lid. To release the seal, simply pull up the large venting corner first.

Clip & Seal - inside the lid you will find a removable silicone seal. With the addition of the clips on the side, a 100% leakproof & airtight seal is created.

*Please note - Make sure food has cooled to room temperature before sealing, as sealing hot food can prevent the vacuum from forming fully.
