  • How to Repair, Recycle, or Return Our Products

We design our products to last, but sometimes things break, wear out, or reach the end of their usable life. This page explains what to do next, whether your product can be repaired, replaced, recycled locally, or returned to us.

    Start Here

Before disposing of anything, check two things.

If you are unsure at any point, contact our customer support team and we will guide you.

    Returns, Warranty, and Repairs

If your product is within the return or warranty period, contact us before disposing of any part of it. Some products can be repaired and some components may be replaced. Read our returns policy here.

We operate a repair scheme to keep products in use for as long as possible. This mainly applies to stainless steel products. For example, broken latches can often be repaired. Repairs are only available for products within their warranty period.

If a Product or Component Is Broken

What happens next depends on the material.

If glass from a Lunch Bowl or Prep and Store container breaks within its one year warranty, we will replace it. If the glass is outside warranty, broken borosilicate glass must be disposed of safely in household waste. It cannot be recycled through standard recycling systems.

If a silicone seal becomes stained or unusable, it is not covered for replacement under warranty. Silicone requires specialist recycling, so please contact us to return it through our take back scheme rather than placing it in household recycling.

    Our Take Back Scheme

If an item cannot be repaired by us or recycled through local recycling options, we offer a take back scheme as a last resort.

The scheme applies to any of our products or components that can be recycled. We ask that you check local recycling options first. Once approved, we will cover the postage to send the item back to us and provide return instructions.

Returned items are assessed and directed to the most appropriate recycling or recovery pathway available to us.

How to Recycle or Dispose of Each Material

    Silicone

Silicone cannot be recycled kerbside or at local recycling centres. It requires specialist recycling. Silicone parts such as seals and lids can be returned to us through our take back scheme.

    PP Plastic

The PP plastic used in components such as sports caps is widely recyclable, but acceptance varies by council. Check your local council guidelines first. If kerbside recycling is not available, take it to a local recycling centre. If no local option exists, PP plastic components can be returned to us through our take back scheme.

    Stainless Steel

Stainless steel is fully recyclable and a valuable material. It cannot be recycled kerbside, but most recycling centres and metal recyclers accept it. If this is not accessible, stainless steel components can be returned to us through our take back scheme.

    Borosilicate Glass

Borosilicate glass cannot be recycled through standard glass recycling systems. Do not place it in kerbside recycling or bottle banks. Dispose of broken glass safely in household waste and wrap it securely to prevent injury.

    Cork

Cork is a natural material and is compostable. It can be composted at home or placed in a brown bin where accepted. If no local option is available, cork components can be returned to us through our take back scheme.

    Our Approach

    • Repair wherever possible.

    • Use local recycling options next.

    • Use our take back scheme  when no local solution exists.

This approach helps reduce waste and keeps materials in use for as long as possible.
