It's the most eco-friendly & durable cup we could make, replacing the parts of a takeaway cup with hardwearing, sustainable & recyclable parts. Cork Sleeve: A naturally renewable resource, this cork sleeve is responsibly manufactured from a sustainable source of cork.

Silicone Lid: The silicone lid is a snug fit with a movable stopper, minimising leaks and spills. Durable & more ocean-friendly than plastic.

Care:  Cork sleeve is wipe clean only. A damp cloth with a bit of soap will get rid of spills and stains. Lid and cup are dishwasher safe.

Too hot to handle

I loved the idea but I should have thought about the heat of the metal which makes it uncomfortable to drink from or wash in hot water. I regret this purchase but the dishwashing basin is great.

Hi there, I'm ever so sorry you are not happy with the peformance of the cup - although the cork sleeve covers the sides of the cup, youre right, it is possible that you will touch the metal surface on the base of the cup. We're always happy to help over email with any issues. Best wishes

Spent a long time looking for one of these but this is by far the best design. Really well made, sturdy but light and very secure . Highly recommend this against some of the more well known competition.

Gorgeous little cup with the elephant on the front and so much better than drinking from a thick clumpy plastic cup, better to carry around than a glass one even with a plastic cover they still chip. Even if I dropped this and it dented it would still be usable. Doesn’t stain and the cork keeps drinks hot. Best cup ever!

LOVE this cup! Simple, easy to clean, perfect!

This cup is so good that we bought another one for my son and my friend at work has also bought one since he saw it.

Previously I had a recycled plastic keep cup which was ok but I’ve become a bit worried about microplastics when in contact with hot drinks and it was also a bit tricky to clean. This little beauty from Elephant Box is super simple to clean, with no tricky nooks for stuff to hide in, and I love the fact that it’s not insulated (except a little bit via the cork outer) so I’m actually able to enjoy drinking my drink in a timely fashion. Another small plus is that you can have fun colouring in your cork outer if you wish, so that your cup is quite unique in the coffee shop :D Would highly recommend as long as you’re not after an insulated cup.

Excellent work cup

I want (and needed) a new work cup. This needs a cover for when walking back from the hot water. I have used this for the first time today and it was fantastic. Easy to fit the lid. Easy to carry and the cork sleeve prevents my fingers from burning. And plastic free!

Daughter loves the metal straws. Loving my ‘to go cup too. Would it be possible to have a cork bottom incorporated on the sleeve?

Hi, what height does the cup measure WITHOUT lid? This is the most important spec for all those drinking espresso based drinks - we need to know if the cup will fit under the group of ALL espresso machines. Max height would need to be 100mm. No point in having a reusable cup if, at the point of presenting it for the shot, it doesn’t fit under the group/portafilter. The barista would then need to pull their shot in a (possibly disposable) espresso cup and decant into the elephant cup. Wasteful in both senses of the word!
