    We make products that are built to last and help you reduce the amount of rubbish you create. Our products are an investment so it makes sense that if your product develops a defect that is not due to normal wear and tear we will replace it for you or give you a refund. If you think your product has a manufacturer’s defect please get in touch. You may be asked to send us pictures of the defective item or return it to us so please keep the product until the warranty claim is

    We offer a 15 year warranty on products made solely from stainless steel. The non-steel components of our products are not covered by warranty. For example, the cork sleeve for the To-Go cup or the silicone lids for the Seal & Go range. 

    We sell replacement parts at a minimal charge. We also sell spare seals & lids to keep your products in service for longer. 

    Products fully covered by warranty: Elephant Box, Clip & Seal Lunchboxes, Mini Snack Pods, Square Salad Box, Jumbo Two-in-One, Three-in-One, Two in One, Twist & Lock Canisters, Washing Up Bowls, Spork, Straws, Steel Cups & Water Bottles

    What's not covered by our warranty? 

    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, misuse of product, such as damage from placing bottles in a freezer, are not covered under our warranty.
    • The powder coat finish on the orange washing up bowl is not covered under warranty. It is a very hardwearing finish but you can expect this to scratch over time where it is in contact with the sink.  
    • The silicone seals for Clip & Seal & the water bottles are not covered by warranty. Replacement seals available to purchase. 

     

    Products not fully covered by warranty:

    To-Go Cup: Steel cup is covered by 15 year warranty, spare lids & cork sleeve available

    Lunch Bowls - Steel lid is covered by 15 year warranty, spare vacuum tabs & silicone sleeves available. *Spare glass bases not currently available.  

    Prep & Store - Steel base is covered by 15 year warranty, spare vacuum tabs available. *Spare glass lids not currently available. 

    Reusable Spray Bottle - Steel bottle is covered by 15 year warranty, spare triggers available 

    Seal & Go Range (Trio, Dressing Pots & Snack Pots) - Steel bases are covered by 15 year warranty, spare silicone lids available.
