Warranty

Our products are covered by a 15 year warranty. We make products that are built to last and help you reduce the amount of rubbish you create. So it makes sense that if your product develops a defect that is not due to normal water and tear we will replace it for you or give you a refund. If you think any of your Elephant Box products have a manufacturer’s defect please get in touch. You may be asked to send us pictures of the defective item or return it to us so please keep the product until the warranty claim is closed.

**Please note**Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, misuse of product, such as damage from placing bottles in a freezer, are not covered under our warranty.

Our cotton produce or tote bags are not covered under the warranty.
