We make products that are built to last and help reduce waste. Our products are an investment, so if something develops a manufacturing defect that is not due to normal wear and tear, we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with the warranty below.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team. We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned, so please keep the product until your warranty claim is resolved.
We also offer a repair service, a take back scheme, and clear guidance on how to recycle or dispose of each material responsibly. Before disposing of any product or component, please refer to our Repair, Take Back and Recycling page or contact our customer support team for advice.
Our warranty coverage depends on the material.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use.
Where possible, we aim to repair products to keep them in use for as long as possible. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Examples include:
The powder coated finish on the orange washing up bowl is not covered. This finish is very durable, but scratching can occur where it comes into contact with the sink.
Silicone seals for Clip and Seal lunchboxes and water bottles are not covered under warranty. Replacement seals are available to purchase.
We sell replacement parts at a minimal charge to help keep products in use for longer. This includes spare seals, lids, and other components where available.
The following products are made entirely from stainless steel and are fully covered by the 15 year warranty:
Elephant Box, Clip and Seal Lunchboxes, Mini Snack Pods, Square Salad Box, Jumbo Two in One, Three in One, Two in One, Twist and Lock Canisters, Washing Up Bowls, Spork, Straws, Steel Cups, Water Bottles
Some products include multiple materials. Warranty coverage applies to each component separately.
To Go Cup
The stainless steel cup is covered by the 15 year warranty.
The silicone lid is covered by a 1 year warranty.
Spare lids and cork sleeves are available.
Lunch Bowls
The stainless steel lid is covered by the 15 year warranty.
Spare vacuum tabs and silicone sleeves are available.
Spare glass bases are not currently available.
Prep and Store
The stainless steel base is covered by the 15 year warranty.
The glass lid is covered by a 1 year warranty.
Spare vacuum tabs are available.

Reusable Spray Bottle
The stainless steel bottle is covered by the 15 year warranty.

Seal and Go Range
This includes Trio, Dressing Pots, and Snack Pots.
