Terrible customer service, poor product quality

I bought a lunchbox only to have one of the two clips that retain the lid break off within a couple of weeks. I emailed the customer services contact twice but received absolutely no response. Very disappointed.

Fabulous boxes that will last for years

Very good alternatives

For the past few years I have been looking for alternative lunch boxes and small tubs for prepared fruit, instead of using plastic tubs. These are really good alternatives and very practical. I would have given 5 stars but one of the click boxes does not click very well and it is very tight after a few uses. Thank you team. I will still carry on using them and highly recommend buying them.
