That’s right – no plastic! We avoid using plastic in all our lunchboxes. The Jumbo is made of 100% stainless steel with no additional materials, offering a sustainable, plastic-free option for those who appreciate the classic tiffin-style lunchbox.

For our leakproof range, we use food-grade LFGB certified silicone to create reliable, leakproof seals. We’ve also recently introduced new products with borosilicate glass to make meal prep and food storage even easier. The glass lids and bases helps reduce the leftovers guessing games in the fridge! Check them out here

No, the Elephant Box is not leakproof. It follows the design of traditional Indian tiffins, which prioritise durability and simplicity over airtight seals. As it is made from 100% stainless steel, it’s ideal for a "proper" packed lunch - sandwiches, snacks, and dry meals rather than liquids. You can pair the Elephant Box with our leakproof snack containers and dressing pots to carry dips and sauces with you.

All our lunchboxes and food containers are dishwasher-safe and freezer-safe. Just leave a gap at the top when storing liquids in the freezer as liquids do expand. They can also be used in the oven (up to 200°C), though we recommend keeping the lids off.

Important: the Elephant Box should not be used in the microwave. If you're looking for microwave-safe options, we recommend our Prep & Store and Lunch Bowls which feature microwave-safe bases.

All our stainless steel products come with a 15 year warranty. Glass and silicone isn’t covered, but we sell spare silicone lids for Seal & Go Range, spare silicone bases for the Lunch Bowls and tabs for the Bowls & Prep & Store Range.
