Our stainless steel washing up bowl was such a hit, we thought we'd expand the range with the addition of coloured bowls.

Things haven't gone exactly to plan though...

Our factory made a mistake with this batch & there is a problem with the powder coat application - it's simply not durable enough for us to sell as an A rated product.

Here at Elephant Box we are all about reducing waste so there is no way we can scrap them. So we thought we'd be up front with our customers and sell them to you at an attractive 20% discount. They are still perfectly serviceable stainless steel bowls that will last a lifetime. But the colour WILL scratch and start to wear.

We have a warm and stylish grey or a beautiful vibrant orange for you to choose from.

Please note: You will get marks and scratches with these bowls. It depends how careful you are as to how many and how quickly.

: Our 15 year warranty is still valid for manufacting defects on the bowl itself, the the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents nor does it cover the painted finish on the bowl.
: This will depend on how you use your bowl. If you are very careful with it, it will most likely look good for many years to come.
: Yes, it may scratch these kinds of sinks, to stop this, you can purchase siicone sink matts, or a cheaper option is to buy small silicone suction cups to put on each corner. Get in touch if you need info on stockists.
: The best way to clean your bowl after a round of washing up is with a damp cloth and some kitchen degreaser. Giving it a rub with distilled vinegar will also bring it back to it's shiny original self! We don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher.

Washing up bowl for life

I ordered the grey coloured bowl, it said they were seconds because they weren' happy with the fastness of the coloured coating, I say I have a beautiful stainless steel bowl that cost me less than I had expected to pay. As well as no longer needing to regularly replace damaged and revolting plastic bowls, which over the years have probably cost considerably more than this one, not in just monetary terms either. This purchase really is a no-brainer.

The bowl is very nice and has already been put to good use. Little disappointed that there was a small dent in it when it arrived but it’s not the end of the world.

We are thrilled with our new washing up bowl and its vibrant pop of colour. Its so wasy to get it clean and shiny and its a great size for washing up.

Smart, robust, exactly what I wanted!

I'd seen these online before, and wanted one for a while - finally took the plunge, and it is exactly what I hoped!
Lots of compliments on how smart it looks, and it's not heavy or unwieldy. It's also easy to keep clean, and I haven't had to worry about hot pans melting a hole in it!

I was slightly apprehensive that my glasses/crockery might chip, without the padding of plastic - but this hasn't happened, so I'm 100% delighted with my forever-washing up bowl!

Twist & Lock Leakproof Trio I love trio i only got it for the 250ml because right size carry a small tin of bake beans when you out on a day trip backpacking but the 500ml also great for a large tin bake beans or any other type of food tins but i got about the tins it is bit soft for in your backpacking or a trailer etc not sure if i would use the 800ml outdoors trips but will tell thank you
