    • The smallest of our meal prep containers, for single portions and leftovers. The steel base goes in the microwave, the oven and the freezer, and the glass lid lets you see what's inside.

    To seal, press the lid down at the corners, leaving the vented corner till last. To open, lift the vented corner first. The seal works when food is cool, so let hot food cool before closing the lid.

    Prep & Store FAQs

    Yes. The press-down lid creates an airtight vacuum seal, so once sealed, the container is completely leakproof — ideal for liquids, sauces, and dressings, not just solid food. Just make sure food has cooled to room temperature before sealing, as sealing hot food can prevent the vacuum from forming fully.

    The press-down lid creates an airtight vacuum seal, locking in your food and keeping it fresher for longer.

    To seal: Press the lid down firmly at all corners.

    To open: Lift the venting corner first to release the seal.

    Important: The vacuum seal only works when food is at room temperature or cooler. Hot food releases steam and moisture, which prevents the vacuum from forming. Let food cool before sealing to ensure it is fully leakproof.

    We have all been taught that metal cannot go in the microwave but this type of steel, combined with the smooth and rounded shape of the steel boxes, means they will not cause sparking and are safe to use in the microwave. They have been certifid microwave safe and no microwaves were harmed in the process!

    Do not use in older 915 Mhz Microwaves

    We advise washing all parts with warm soapy water before you use them for the first time.


    Any major dents or deep scratches could make it unsuitable for the microwave, get in touch if you’re not sure.


    Do not place any cutlery or foil with the boxes in the microwave, as these will cause sparking.


    Avoid contact with any metal surface when microwaving, including a metal plate, metal racks or the microwave wall, this can cause sparking or burn marks on the box.


    Use microwaves up to and including 1000W.


    The box will be hot when you remove it from the microwave so use oven gloves or a tea towel to protect your hands.

    Yes, the Prep & Store boxes are safe to use in the dishwasher on the top rack. They are safe for the freezer. When freezing, take care not to overfill, particularly if meal prepping liquid as it will expand when frozen.  The Prep and Store can be used in oven with the lid on or off. If heating with the lid on, lift the venting corner slightly first to let steam escape safely.

    Yes. The set of three nests fully when not in use, including the lids. The same sizes will nest without the lids on.

    All our stainless steel products come with a 15 year warranty. Glass and silicone isn’t covered, but we sell spare silicone lids for Seal & Go Range, spare silicone bases for the Lunch Bowls and tabs for the Bowls & Prep & Store Range.

    Great size for storing smaller amounts of food

    Great size for storing smaller amounts of food, this is the size I use the most. Love the fact these are oven/microwave & dishwasher proof and that they are not plastic.
