The Elephant Box

I decided to replace my old plastic sandwich box with an Elephant Box. I have just returned from a hiking trip in the Valle Maira in Piedmont, Italy. My Elephant Box was excellent. Plenty of space for lunches and trail snacks, easy opening and secure closure, easy to clean, and solid construction. Although I’ve only had it for a month or so, I’m sure it will give me many years of service.

Elegant, efficient environmental friendly product should be in everyone’s household

I summited helmcrag, loughrigg and catbells with my elephant box. I know it will join me on the remaining wainwrights ( 9 done out of 214). It fits a sandwich made with my own sourdough and a whole apple or orange plus some energy bars. Love this box, a life time purchase that i hope to dint with memories of awesome adventures.

I purchased a lunch box, spork and snack pots for a colleague who leaving. Great products with a real quality feel. Had the lunchbox box engraved and it looks really good. Would highly recommend these items.

I am a pretty conscious consumer. I had been wanting an elephant box (the original) for awhile and was sitting on the purchase. I am ordering from the states which made me hesitant. I looked long and hard for a comparable product that wouldn’t have to ship overseas to me. Alas, I went with the elephant box and I’m so glad I did. I couldn’t find another as big as this one! It’s such a great size, light weight and well made and the companies ethics align with mine. oh and I love that you can buy replacement parts! I finally ordered one and I plan to use it forever!

Bought my first box during the start up campian . I now own 4 of the large boxes and one snack box.
I use them daily for work lunches,
We also often have picnics out and about. They are perfect and hold a decent amount of food. The stainless steel helps keep the food cool on a hot day we just add a few ice packs to the carry bag . Customer service is spot on too.

The third email I have had now asking for a review! OK.
The quality of the stainless steel seems good, finished off properly, not thin and flimsy. The clasps seem nice and strong but whether they will actually remain on the box...only time can tell, not a few weeks!
I like its simplicity, a strong box, good clasps and a decent size. No gimmicks.
Nice to support a company that seems to genuinely care about the environment and where they get their products actually made too.Is India doing enough for the environment... well? Maybe more so than China?
Can you get a quality stainless steel lunchbox made in Europe or the USA (that are supposedly doing more)? I could not find one, maybe?

My 2ltr Elephant Box proved to be a rip roaring success on its first trip out in the wilds of North West Cheshire.
It kept my sandwiches sandwich shape, my fruit bruise free and most importantly kept my crisps contained within the bag.
There was even space for a couple of chocolate bars if needed.
Footnote ….. North West Cheshire isn’t very wild.

Never mind the lunchbox this elephant box makes a very practical hygenic Tea Caddy for keeping teabags fresh. Takes a160 bag pack nicely. William Morris would have approved of the both beautiful and usefulness of the elephant box

Sturdy, wonderful box. Easy to clean, lovely to eat from, blissfully eco. As it’s 2L can fit absolutely loads in it. Slides away on snow which is entertaining when you’re eating your lunch on a mountaintop. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the construction and the price. It's a little small however given it's the largest one you do; a deeper 3 litre box would be preferable.
9/10, would recommend.

Excellent exactly what I was after good size

A marvellous alternative to plastic for a lunch box. It feels as if I' m protecting myself on a daily basis from plastic microparticles.

I bought this for my Grandson who has just started Secondary school and he loves it !
Just the perfect size for his packed lunch.

Lovely build quality. Pleasant to eat from. Stack nicely. Shiny and clean!

Arrived in good time and pleased with quality although bought as a present so not yet used.

The product is as advertised, well made, carefully designed and I suspect will last for many years to come. The only thing I observed as a possible improvement, and it is minor, would be delivery options. I felt like I had to wait a long time to take delivery.

Love these products. I am using them every day. Gorgeous and practical.

Bought as a present for my husband to take fishing, superb quality and perfect for his lunch etc and great to move away from plastic box. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I love my new lunch box. I have ordered a second one for longer days at work and got the dividers for them too. Whats more is that ill never have to worry about them going brittle or microplastics in my food or even buying a new one. Perfect
