To seal: Press the lid down firmly at the corners leaving the vented, all silicone corner til last. To open: Lift the venting corner first to release the seal.

Yes. The press-down lid creates an airtight vacuum seal, so once sealed, the container is completely leakproof — ideal for liquids, sauces, and dressings, not just solid food. Just make sure food has cooled to room temperature before sealing, as sealing hot food can prevent the vacuum from forming fully.

We have all been taught that metal cannot go in the microwave but this type of steel, combined with the smooth and rounded shape of the steel boxes, means they will not cause sparking and are safe to use in the microwave. They have been certifid microwave safe and no microwaves were harmed in the process!

We advise washing all parts with warm soapy water before you use them for the first time.
Any major dents or deep scratches could make it unsuitable for the microwave, get in touch if you’re not sure.
Do not place any cutlery or foil with the boxes in the microwave, as these will cause sparking.
Avoid contact with any metal surface when microwaving, including a metal plate, metal racks or the microwave wall, this can cause sparking or burn marks on the box.
Use microwaves up to and including 1000W.
The box will be hot when you remove it from the microwave so use oven gloves or a tea towel to protect your hands.
Yes. The set of three nests fully when not in use, including the lids. The same sizes will nest without the lids on.
All our stainless steel products come with a 15 year warranty. Glass and silicone isn’t covered, but we sell spare silicone lids for Seal & Go Range, spare silicone bases for the Lunch Bowls and tabs for the Bowls & Prep & Store Range.
The product is as advertised, well made, carefully designed and I suspect will last for many years to come. The only thing I observed as a possible improvement, and it is minor, would be delivery options. I felt like I had to wait a long time to take delivery.
