Absolutely! All our bottles are made from 304 grade stainless steel and our caps are completely free from BPA and other harmful chemicals.
The double vacuum insulated design keeps your beverages cold for up to 18 hours.
No, we do not recommend freezing any of our water bottles! It will invalidate the warranty and warp the steel. If you want extra icy water, pop some ice cubes in the bottle before you head out, or fill it with icy water from the fridge.
While the bottle is designed to keep drinks cold, it can also hold hot beverages. It will keep your drinks hot for up to 10 hours.
The bottle can be cleaned in the dishwasher or hand wash with hot soapy water & a bottle brush. We recommend cleaning the cap by hand. A deeper monthly clean with baking soda or vinegar will deal with bad smells, mould or mildew problems. Read our blog for a more detailed look.

I purchased a 500ml insulated bottle with a steel cap about 2 weeks ago. I tried it once and haven't been able to use it since, as the cap has a very strong plastic smell. Even though the plastic thread in the cap doesn't get into contact with the water, the smell is really bad and the water has a chemical after taste.
Why use such cheap smelling plastic on something that could be a high quality stainless steel bottle?
For the record, I have other smaller insulated bottles and had no such an issue with any of them.
There is also a discrepancy between the website description and the information on the bottle box. On the website it states that the insulated bottle will keep liquids hot for up to 10 hours, but on the box it says 6!
