I'm impressed with these boxes. They look good and are very sturdy.
I'm not sure what the little orange tab on the lid is for, but it doesn't really matter.
They're a bit pricey compared to other food boxes, but I'm happy with them.
I might buy another few in a couple of months time.
Hey Rhodri, the tab creates the vacuum seal, press down the tab after you put the lid on to ensure the seal is airtight, and when you want to take the lid off, pop the tab open to release the seal.
I love this item - it’s a good shape- a nice feel. Big enough to eat with - small enough to fit in a pocket or bag. Quality item . Hopefully lasts me for years.
I bought this as a gift for my partner as she was starting a new job. Thanks to the snack box she arrived on her first day with cottage cheese juice all over the inside of her bag and down her trouser leg. Thankfully her new employer was quite understanding and she still has her job. Dry lunches only from now on!
