FAQs Wholesale

We have introduced this site as a way of making it easier for you to make orders with us. We built it ourselves so it does have some idiosyncrasies! Once you are logged in to your Elephant Box account you will see only wholesale products. If you are not logged in you will see the usual retail site. If you accidentally navigate off the product page you will be back in the normal retail site, but the wholesale navigation will remain at the top so you can easily return to browsing wholesale products. 

We would really appreciate it if you didn't! The option is there because this wholesale page is integrated with our retail site so the checkout is the same. We get charged 3% fees with PayPal. Talk to us if there is a reason that you need to use it and we can work it out. Thankyou!

There is no MOV, but to qualify for free shipping you must spend over £300. Orders under £300 will be charged a flat shipping rate of £6.50.

We charge a flat rate of £6.50 for all UK trade orders under £300. Orders over £300 quaify for free tracked shipping.

Orders will be dispatched 1-2 days after your order is received.  Delivery will be by DPD 24hr service - you will receive an hours window on the day of delivery via text/email.

We will send you out a replacement on your next order or refund you the amount. Please contact Katy at sales@elephantbox.co.uk and she will sort it out for you!
